采用电化学动电位再活化法(EPR法)测得的反向扫描电流的最大值与正向扫描电流的最大值的比值(Ir/Ia)评价去应力处理和未处理的堆焊不锈钢复合板00Cr17Ni14Mo2/20R复层晶间敏感性,并与传统的H2SO4-CuSO4-Cu法结果进行了对比.结果表明:EPR法能定量、定性地检测不锈钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性,与传统H2SO4-CuSO4-Cu法试验结果相吻合;对堆焊不锈钢复合板00Cr17Ni14Mo2/20R进行(610±10)℃的去应力处理,将导致不锈钢复层的晶间敏感性,EPR法电流比值Ir/Ia达到37.5%,H2SO4-CuSO4-Cu法晶间腐蚀后弯曲,在弯曲外表面产生许多交叉小裂纹.
