煤炭部于1985年11月8～10日在鹤岗矿务局召开了YAJ_1-22型液压安全绞车鉴定会。煤炭部有关司、局,上海煤研所,矿务局(矿)等70名代表参加了会议。会议期间,与会代表听取了“YAJ_1-22型液压安全绞车的研制报告”、“试制工作总结”、“型式试验报告”、“井下工业性试验报告”等,代表们还到井下观看了样机的工作情况。代表们经过认真的讨论,一致认为:该绞车整体设计合理,采用绞接分离式结构,便于搬运安装,
