为确定卫生资源配置标准中各层次医疗机构的合理结构 ,从需要、需求和供给现状 3方面分析了广东省医疗资源的结构布局。结果显示广东省医疗资源总结构基本合理 ,但不同地区各层次医疗资源结构不合理 ,倒三角现象主要在大城市 ,而农村与经济落后地区高层次医疗机构仍显不足。医疗服务需求的畸形发展可能是导致医疗资源分布不合理的原因之一。此研究结果提示按需要估计各层次医疗机构配置较为合理
In order to determine the rational structure of medical institutions at all levels in the health resource allocation standards, the structure of medical resources in Guangdong Province was analyzed from the aspects of needs, demand, and supply status. The results show that the overall structure of medical resources in Guangdong Province is basically reasonable, but the structure of medical resources at different levels in different regions is irrational. The phenomenon of inverted triangles is mainly in big cities, while high-level medical institutions in rural areas and economically backward areas are still insufficient. The malformed development of the demand for medical services may be one of the reasons for the unreasonable distribution of medical resources. The results of this study suggest that it is reasonable to estimate the configuration of medical institutions at all levels as needed.
