甲脒硫磷对大劣按蚊、致乏库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫的LC50分别是0.01326PPm,0.01333PPm和0.01045PPm。对致乏库蚊和白纹伊蚊成蚊的LT50分别是27.75min和8.8min,(浓度为1.785微克/厘米~2);对大劣按蚊的LT50是8.8min(浓度为5.35微克/厘米~2)。在砖墙石灰批面结构的房屋作滞留喷洒试验,对致乏库蚊的残效期20天左右;在上述房屋内作空间触杀试验,残效期50天左右。现场使用半滞效式超低容量喷雾防制白纹伊蚊,喷雾量300g(主药)/公顷,喷洒后40天内成蚊密度平均下降93.6%。效果十分显著,值得在现场进一步扩大试验。
The LC50 values of formamidine for Anopheles dirus, Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus were 0.01326ppm, 0.01333ppm and 0.01045ppm respectively. The LT50 for Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus were 27.75 min and 8.8 min, respectively (at a concentration of 1.785 μg / cm 2), and the LT50 against Anopheles dirus was 8.8 min (at a concentration of 5.35 μg / cm ~ 2).
