应急指挥系统是一套机动式空中交通指挥中心,具有全部空管指挥功能,在应急情况下可代替航管楼使用。载车平台子系统是移动应急指挥系统的运载载体和设备固定及展开工作平台,具有良好的行驶性能和环境适应性能。该文对载车平台总体结构及分总成结构进行说明。
Emergency command system is a set of maneuvering air traffic command center, with all air traffic control functions, in case of emergency can replace the use of ATC. Car platform subsystem is the mobile emergency command system carrier and equipment fixed and unfolded working platform, with good driving performance and environmental adaptability. This paper describes the overall structure of truck platform and sub-assembly structure.
