用湖南的11个致病力不同的菌株进行了白叶枯病菌胞外多糖与致病性关系的研究。供试自叶枯菌株的胞外多糖均由葡萄精、甘露糖、葡糖醛酸和一种未知糖组成。强致病力菌株单位菌量的胞外多糖生成量以及胞外多糖中上述未知糖的含量明显高于无致病力和弱致病力菌株。胞外多糖的致萎能力与其浓度呈正相关,但与菌株的致病力强弱关系不明显,致病作用无寄生恃异性。洗去和添加胞外多精对白叶枯菌的侵染有显著影响。说明胞外多糖在病程中可能起着重要作用。
Study on the relationship between extracellular polysaccharides and pathogenicity of Xanthomonas oryzae by 11 strains with different virulence in Hunan Province. The exopolysaccharides tested for the leaf blight strain consisted of grape, mannose, glucuronic acid and an unknown sugar. The amount of extracellular polysaccharide produced by strong virulent strains and the above unknown sugar content in extracellular polysaccharides were significantly higher than those without virulence and virulence. Extracellular polysaccharides wilt capacity and its concentration was positively correlated, but with the virulence of the relationship between strains is not obvious, pathogenic effects of non-parental heterosexual. Wash-away and addition of extracellular polysaccharide had significant effects on the infection of B.cereus. Exopolysaccharide may play an important role in the course of the disease.
