一、前言电加工是直接利用电——物理和电——化学现象对材料进行加工的方法。前者有放电加工、放电成型、电磁成型、等离子加工、电子束加工、离子束加工、激光加工等;后者有电解加工、电解磨削、电铸等。传统的机械加工方法是将电能通过电动机转换为机械能,由机械力将被加工材料切下来。此时,刀具的硬度必须比被切材料更硬。
I. Introduction Electro-machining is a method of processing materials directly using electrical-physical and electrical-chemical phenomena. The former has EDM, EDM, electromagnetic forming, plasma processing, electron beam processing, ion beam processing, laser processing; the latter electrolytic processing, electrolytic grinding, electroforming and so on. The traditional machining method is to convert electric energy into mechanical energy through electric motor, and the material to be processed is cut off by mechanical force. At this point, the hardness of the tool must be harder than the material being cut.
