目的：测定匹咖卡因注射液中安钠咖的含量。方法：用四苯硼钠将注射液中普鲁卡因和氨基比林沉淀过滤分离后，以２８７ｎｍ为一阶导数光谱的测定波长。结果：平均回收率为１０１．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．６％。结论：方法快速、简便，结果满意。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of sodium sodium in pikacin injection. Methods: Sodium tetraphenylborate was used to precipitate the procaine and aminopyrine precipitates in the injection. The wavelength of the first derivative was 287 nm. Results: The average recovery was 101.3% with a RSD of 0.6%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and satisfactory.
