在城市化快速发展的今天,城市房屋建筑数量越来越多,楼间距越来越密集。城市的发展占用了大量的土地资源,在有限的资源下,提高土地资源利用率,房屋建筑就必须往纵向发展,才能满足急速发展的城市化要求。高层建筑楼层多,体积大,结构复杂,施工周期长,相对于普通房屋建筑而言,施工技术和安全稳定性尤为重要。由于高层房屋建筑具有复杂性的特点,因此对施工过程中技术和安全的要求非常高。本文,笔者结合自身知识和实践经验简单分析了高层房屋建筑施工过程中应注意的技术要点,希望能为城市的高层建筑发展提供一些建议。
In the rapid development of urbanization today, an increasing number of urban housing construction, building more and more densely spaced. Urban development occupies a large amount of land resources. With limited resources, improving the utilization rate of land resources, housing construction must be developed in vertical direction in order to meet the rapid urbanization requirements. High-rise buildings and more floors, bulky, complex structure, the construction period is long, relative to ordinary housing construction, construction technology and safety and stability is particularly important. Due to the complex nature of high-rise buildings, the technical and safety requirements during construction are very high. This article, combined with my own knowledge and practical experience, briefly analyzes the technical points that should be paid attention to in the process of high-rise building construction, hoping to provide some suggestions for the development of urban high-rise buildings.
