客观形势的发展变化向电视工作者提出了许多新课题,要求我们做出判断,给予回答。为了提高判断是非,解答难题的能力,首先必须认真学习。需要学习的东西很多,我认为对电视文艺工作者来说,最重要的还是学习邓小平同志的建设有中国特色社会主义理论以及中央根据这个理论明确提出的关于文艺工作的方针、原则,并且结合电视文艺的特点积极地、正确地、全面地贯彻执行这些方针、原则。关于建设有中国特色社会主义理论的科学定义、形成过程、主要内容以及学习这一理论的重要性和学习方法,在十四大的报告中都做了深刻的阐述,我就不多说了。
