近年来,随着高职教育的逐步扩招与发展,是高校毕业生就业难问题出现的直接原因。毫无疑问的是,引起高职毕业生就业难问题的因素是多方面的,既有客观因素,如就业政策、用人单位的硬性指标等等,同时也有主观因素,如大学生自身在思想、观念和素质上存在偏差,不能适应新的就业形势等。从主观方面的因素来看,学生的职业规划乃至就业观、价值观、创业观以及个人的诚信素质、择业心理等都是影响就业的重要因素,如果这些学生的个人主观问题得不到解决,高职院校毕业生的就业难问题就很难得到彻底的解决,因此,在新的就业形势下,加强学生的思想道德建设也就是立德育人的教育模式对于促进就业和创新教育研究具有重要研究和实践意义。
