就目前而言,县级企业人才奇缺,知识结构不合理。以风城市为例,从1995年统计数字看,全市企业职工为56770人,专业技术人员2031人,其中高级职称也只有27人,中级职称有161人,这些人中有大学本科学历的100人,大专学历的294人,中专学历的673人,高中学历285人,初中学历659人,工程师只占职工总数的3.3‰。从上述数字中看出,知识结构不合理,高层次特别少,中层次
At present, county-level enterprises are in short supply of talents and their knowledge structure is irrational. Taking Fenghuang as an example, from 1995 statistics, there are 57,770 employees in the city, including 2,031 professional and technical personnel, including 27 senior professional titles, and 161 intermediate professional titles. Among these, there are 100 undergraduates. There were 294 college graduates, 673 college graduates, 285 senior high school graduates, and 659 junior high school graduates. Engineers only accounted for 3.3 per cent of the total number of employees. Judging from the above figures, the knowledge structure is irrational, and there are particularly few high-level and intermediate levels.
