基于喷雾降尘机理对各类型喷嘴喷雾性能进行分析,结合现场确定了适用于该工作面喷嘴的选取原则,选取SD302型锥形喷嘴。改变采煤机外喷雾供水压力,对工作面采煤期间不同位置处呼吸性粉尘浓度(7.07μm)和PM2.5粉尘浓度进行多次测量,并进行降尘效率计算,确定供水压力为4 MPa。
Based on the mechanism of atomizing dust, the spraying performance of each type of nozzle was analyzed, and the selection principle of the nozzle suitable for this working face was determined on the site. The SD302 conical nozzle was selected. Change the pressure of water supply outside the coal mining machine to measure the respirable dust concentration (7.07μm) and PM2.5 dust concentration at different positions during face coal mining, and calculate the dust reduction efficiency to determine the water supply pressure of 4 MPa.
