近年来,柳州哲学社会科学工作取得了优异的成绩,为柳州市“三个文明”建设作出了积极贡献。但同时也存在着管理体制不健全、工作机构不完善、社科优秀人才严重不足、社科工作服务经济社会发展能力不强等问题。文章通过深入分析哲学社会科学工作中存在的主要问题及其原因,借鉴国内外社科工作的成功经验,提出了建立健全哲学社会科学的管理体制、工作体制;进一步改善哲学社会科学工作条件;建立哲学社会科学理论创新体系;加强哲学社会科学人才队伍建设;加强对落实党的哲学社会科学工作政策的督查力度等几项对策,为进一步发挥柳州市哲学社会科学在柳州经济建设和社会进步中的作用提供理论借鉴。
