介绍1套生产高氮尿基复合肥的新技术,该技术特点有:采用氨化管式反应器,提高造粒温度(70~80℃),降低造粒水分(1.5%~2.5%);采用1段干燥(选用较洁净沸腾炉),产品水分可降到0.7%左右,从而可实现热筛分、热破碎、热返料。并采用带水冷却的包膜机,可使产品包装温度降到45℃。该技术使尿基复合肥装置投资降低,占地面积减少1/2,煤耗、电耗降低,装置运行平稳,产品不结块。 This paper introduces a set of new technology for producing high nitrogenous compound fertilizer. The technology has the following features: using ammoniation tubular reactor to increase granulation temperature (70-80 ℃) and granulating moisture (1.5-2.5%); Using a dry paragraph (use a cleaner boiling furnace), the product can be reduced to about 0.7% moisture, which can achieve heat screening, heat crushing, hot return. And with water-cooled coating machine, the product packaging temperature dropped to 45 ℃. The technology enables urea-based compound fertilizer plant to reduce investment, covers an area of ​​?? reduced by 1/2, coal consumption, electricity consumption decreased, the device operates smoothly, the product does not caking.
