我会为了积极进行长江流域规划,1956年及今後勘测任务十分巨大檠重,在最短期间内所有勘测力量必须在原有基础上迅速扩大一倍。为此,2月1日-9日我会勘测设计院勘测处召开了测量、钻探队队长、指导员会议。会议中心内容是:大力批判右倾保守思想,进一步贯彻专家建议,并规划1956年工作任务。在会上邢维堂处长作了‘1956年勘测任务初步总结及今後任务规划报告’,测量组和地质组又分别作了‘关于贯彻专家建议初步检查和今後意见报告’。会议在讨论这两个报告的当中,着重检查了右倾保守思想,并在这个基础上,各队当即拟订了1956年任务初步规划,具体订出了各项工作指标。
