研究针叶木浆纤维与不同比例玻璃纤维配抄成纸的性质变化,实验中针叶木浆打浆度分别为23、33、39、47、55°SR。研究结果表明:针叶木浆和玻璃纤维配抄对手抄片的留着率影响明显,玻璃纤维配加比例越大,留着率越小;随着玻璃纤维的增加,手抄片厚度变大,紧度变小;同一配抄比例,针叶木浆打浆度越高,手抄片定量和厚度越小,紧度越大;玻璃纤维配加比例从50%提高到80%,抗张指数减小近80%,同一配比下,针叶木浆打浆度为55°SR时手抄片的抗张指数最高;玻璃纤维含量越大,手抄片撕裂指数越小,透气度越大,针叶木浆打浆度为39°SR时对应的手抄片透气度最大;针叶木浆中配加玻璃纤维能够明显改变纸张的导热系数,纯针叶木浆手抄片导热系数为0.0475W·(m·K)-1,随着玻璃纤维配加比例的增大,导热系数不断减小。
The changes of the properties of softwood pulp fibers and paperboards with different proportions of glass fibers were studied.
