面对社会转型的新形势,各地群众的生活水准获得了提高,与之相应的群众文化也在逐步健全。从目前的现状来看,群众文化面对新的转型期,亟待运用适当的措施与手段来创新群众文化,在此前提下也突显了建设群众文化的价值与意义。面对混合型的多元文化格局,现阶段的群众文化建设也亟待完成转型,在此前提下致力于提升整体的群众文化水准。为此针对转型阶段的群众文化建设而言,应当明确群众文化建设的基本宗旨;结合现阶段面对的困境,探求建设新型群众文化的可行措施。 Faced with the new situation of social transformation, the living standards of the people in various places have been raised, and the mass culture corresponding thereto has also been gradually improved. Therefore, in the light of the construction of mass culture in the transitional phase, the basic tenet of mass cultural construction should be clarified; and feasible measures for building a new mass culture should be explored in light of the difficulties encountered in the current stage.
