本刊讯日前,国务院办公厅下发了《贯彻落实国务院关于加强道路交通安全工作意见重点工作分工方案的通知》(简称《通知》),就道路交通安全重点工作进行了部门分工,进一步明确了农业(农机部门)乡村道路交通安全工作的管理权限。《通知》第42条指出:由包括农业部在内的全国道路交通安全工作部际联系会议各有关成员单位分工负责,“深入开展‘平安畅通县市’和‘平安农机’创建活动,改善农村道路交通安全环境”。第46条规定:由公安部、农业部分工负责,“发挥农村派出所、农机监理站以及驾驶人协会、村委
