目的评价某采矿厂碎运生产线技术改造效果,为从源头预防、控制职业病提供技术依据。方法采用检测检验法和检查表法相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生石灰石粉尘、噪声,属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。破碎工人在控制室进行隔室操作,接触的生产性粉尘浓度和噪声强度均符合国家卫生标准。结论碎运生产线技术改造工程通过采用机械化、自动化措施,实现源头控制,避免操作人员接触职业病危害因素,有效地预防职业病,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of technological transformation of a production line of broken storage and transportation in a mining plant and provide technical basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases at the source. Methods The principle of combining test and test method was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The project produced limestone dust and noise in the production process, belonging to the general occupational hazard construction projects. Broken workers in the control room for compartment operation, contact with the production of dust concentration and noise intensity are in line with national health standards. Conclusion The technological transformation project of shredder production line can be learned and popularized by using mechanization and automation measures to achieve source control, avoid operator exposure to occupational hazards and effectively prevent occupational diseases.
