我国当将思想政治工作视为所有工作的根基线,而作为国家经济发展关键支柱的国有企业,则被视为党执政的社会和经济基础,且党对国有企业的政治领导也是通过不断强化企业的思想政治工作来得以保证,这样也能确保国有企业在社会主义道路中不偏离,此外还能推动国有企业员工的凝聚力,健康长远的发展,因此本文针对国有企业思想政治工作的改革进行了研究。
While taking ideological and political work as the baseline of all our work in our country, the state-owned enterprises that are the key pillar of the country’s economic development are regarded as the social and economic foundation for the party to take power.
