南方电网公司广东电网东莞供电局针对全体员工及家属的“心”需求,从“心”出发,大力实施莞电“心”幸福工程,帮助全体员工构建阳光心态。莞电“心”幸福工程主要包含畅通工程、关爱工程和成长工程3个子工程,是建设幸福南网在东莞供电局的具体实践和探索。为了帮助员工减轻情绪困扰,改善员工的心理感受,舒缓员工的心理压力,满足员工日益增长的幸福需求,南方电网公司广东电网东莞供电局启动莞电“心”幸福工程的建设。莞电“心”幸福工程由畅通工程、关爱工程和成长工程等3项子工程组成。启动以来,3项子工程以其丰富内容、多样载体、灵活形式,切合员工所需,得到广大员工及员工家属的认可,取得了良好的效果。
China Southern Power Grid Corporation of Guangdong Power Grid Dongguan Power Supply Bureau for all employees and their dependents “Heart ” needs, starting from “Heart ”, vigorously implement the Wan Power “Heart ” happiness project to help all staff to build the sunshine mentality. Dongguan Electric “Heart ” happiness project mainly includes three sub-projects of smoothing project, caring project and growth project, and is the concrete practice and exploration of building Happy Southern Network in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau. In order to help employees reduce emotional distress, improve the psychological feelings of employees, ease the psychological pressure of employees and meet the growing happiness needs of employees, the Guangdong Power Grid Corporation of China Southern Power Grid Corporation of Dongguan started the construction of the “Happy Heart” Project. Dongguan electricity “heart ” happiness project by the smooth project, care project and growth project composed of three sub-projects. Since its launch, the three sub-projects have achieved good results with their rich content, diversified carriers and flexible forms, meeting the needs of employees and being recognized by the vast majority of employees and their families.
