近年来,社会发展和时代不断进步的背景下,对人才的综合能力提出了更高的要求。现阶段,人才在走向工作岗位的过程中,单纯的拥有专业的知识和技能是不够的,还必须具有较强的创新能力。而创造性教育就是在这种情况下成为我国素质教育的重要内容之一的。在对学生进行创作性教育的过程中,应注重从小做起,在这一过程中,小学美术教育的重要性凸现出来。鉴于此,本文从小学美术教育入手,对创造性教育的实施进行了深入分析,希望对我国人才的全面成长起到促进作用。
In recent years, with the continuous development of social development and the times, higher requirements have been put forward on the comprehensive ability of talents.
