误区之一:加人就是加强。有的乡镇党委和村干部囿于“人多力量大”的思维定势,对农村工作的重点部位、关键环节不是致力于选派精兵强将,而是加凳子、添人手,结果是“三个和尚没水吃”。村干部的阵容在“加强”声中不断壮大,人浮于事,政出多门,扯皮观望的多,真抓实干的少,对基层组织的战斗力无增强之功,有弱化之效。误区之二:宗族势力大就是群众基础好。一些乡镇领导考虑村干部人选时,把家族门头大、兄弟拳头多曲解为群众基础好。怕门头小的压不住阵,日后工作难开 Misunderstanding one: adding people is to strengthen.
