山洪灾害易发性强,成灾快,破坏性大,危害严重,防御难度大,成为防汛工作突出的重点和难点。以宁夏中宁县为单元,开展山洪灾害调查评价,调查防治区内村落、集镇的基础信息,确定评价对象名录;通过设计暴雨洪水计算、现状防洪能力评价、危险区等级划分的分析,确定相应的雨量预警指标,为防汛部门指挥决策及工程治理提供基础数据和技术支撑。
