在今后相当长的时期内,内地与港、澳、台经济合作的基础仍将是资源的互补性,如何充分发挥各自的比较优势,创造更多的社会财富是共同关心的问题。因此,应加强高科技投资,提升产业合作层次;大力加强服务业的投资与合作,改善产业结构;同时,还应在多个方面加强沟通、了解与协调。
In a long period of time to come, the basis of economic cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will remain the complementarity of resources. It is a matter of common concern how to give full play to their respective comparative advantages and create more social wealth. Therefore, high-tech investment should be stepped up and the level of industrial cooperation should be enhanced. Vigorously strengthen the investment and cooperation in service industry and improve the industrial structure. At the same time, we should strengthen communication, understanding and coordination in various aspects.
