党的十一届三中全会后,我县城乡建设事业发展较快,城镇规划、测绘、施工等方面的专业技术人员极为缺乏。同时,不少中学毕业生因缺乏专业知识,就业困难。为了满足城乡建设和广开就业门路的需要,我校于1981年11月应时而生。我校是由城建局牵头,教育局、劳动局和永昌镇等四个单位联办的。为使学校能尽快开学,城建系统各单位纷纷捐工捐料,积极资助办学。从筹建到开学只花了两个月的时间。在办学过程中,经费来源主要依靠各办 After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the construction of urban and rural areas in my county developed rapidly, and professional technicians in urban planning, surveying and mapping, and construction were extremely lacking.
