我院2015年1月~2016年6月前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者92例,常规组用缩宫素治疗,并给予宫腔纱布填塞;欣母沛组在常规组基础上用欣母沛治疗。结果:不良反应发生率两组,P>0.05。欣母沛组产后2小时、24小时出血情况、第三产程时间均优于常规组,P<0.05。治疗后两组血压、血氧饱和度和脉搏跟治疗前,P>0.05。结论:前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血给予缩宫素、宫腔纱布填塞、欣母沛治疗效果确切,安全可靠。
