本条约经双方订定并经双方同意。一方为自1661年5月1日至1662年2月1日包围福摩萨岛热兰遮城堡的大明招讨大将军国姓殿下;另一方为代表荷兰政府的热兰遮城堡长官弗雷第里克·科业特及其评议会。本条约包括下列十八条款: (一)双方停止一切敌对行动,从此不记前仇。 (二)荷方应将热兰遮城堡、外堡、大炮、剩余的军用物资商品、现金以及其他属于公司的财产全部交与国姓殿下。
This Treaty has been set by both parties and agreed upon by both parties. One is His Royal Highness, the Grand Master of the Ming Dynasty who surrounded the Gelanlamot Castle in Formosa from 1 May 1661 to February 1, 1662; the other is Ceylan, the governor of Zeeland on behalf of the Dutch government, Rick Tech and its council. This Treaty includes the following eighteen clauses: (1) The two sides cease all hostilities and will not be repented of their rights from then on. (2) The Dutch side should hand over the castle of Zhengeny, the Outer Fort, the artillery, the remaining military goods, cash, and other property belonging to the company to His Royal Highness His Holiness.
