小学教学方法在新课改背景下,面临众多的挑战;传统的教学模式跟不上新课改的步伐,因此,必须将小学语文教学中存在的问题进行改善;将创新思维带到新课改的教学理念下;聘用年轻的、具有新思维的、活力的教师队伍,将专业性的创新知识带到语文课堂上;不仅能够提高新课改下的教学质量,还能够给新时代下的语文教学带来创新性的发展;适应新课改的教学模式。
