临床资料病例来自我院1990年收治的临床表现不典型以后动态观察明确诊断为结脑,经抗痨治疗好转的全部病历,共12份.其中男性5例,女性7例.平均年龄16.8岁.以农民(包括居住农村者)居多.发病至入院首次CSF检查时间平均14天,最短5天,最长30天.首次CSF检查结果统计如下:蛋白:平均135mg%,大于80mg%10例,占83.3%,大于100mg%8例,占66.7%;糖:平均61.7mg%,低于40mg%4例,占33.3%;氯化物:平均116.8mmol/L,大于110mmol/L者12例,占100%;白细胞:平均0.023x10~9者3例,占25%.
