低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是参与调节机体氧平衡的重要转录因子,HIF-1α是其主要的氧调节亚基和功能亚基,体内HIF-1α的水平直接影响着肿瘤的易感性。简要介绍了HIF-1α的生物学功能,并对近年来HIF-1α基因多态性与肿瘤易感性的研究进展进行了回顾。
