天津邮政枢纽土建工程于1987年4月15日开工,1988年7月竣工。工艺设备安装工程于1988年8月15日开工,1989年12月15日设备全部安装到位。全部施工工期仅用了2年零8个月。工程量之大,工期之短在国内邮政枢纽建设中是前所未有的。天津邮政枢纽工程是邮电部邮政总局确定的工艺改革试点工程,它的建成投产标志着我国邮政通信建设在走出老模式方面迈出了可喜
Tianjin postal hub civil engineering started on April 15, 1987, completed in July 1988. Installation of process equipment started on August 15, 1988 and all equipment was installed on December 15, 1989. The entire construction period only took 2 years and 8 months. Large amount of construction, short construction period in the construction of the domestic postal hub is unprecedented. Tianjin Post and Hub Project is the Pilot Project of Technology Reform Determined by the General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications of Post and Telecommunication Ministry. Its completion and commissioning marks a gratifying move in our country’s postal and telecommunications building in going out of the old mode
