通过购买国外品牌或企业加速国际化,对于资金实力已经很强大的中国企业不算难事,然而,实现国际化不是购来就可以。文化差异造成的跨文化管理难题是中国企业通过并购实现国际化的主要风险。并购双方要冲破文化差异,实现合作与发展,就必须建立起一套适合企业跨文化发展的管理模式。这更多涉及到跨文化管理的方法论问题
By purchasing foreign brands or enterprises to accelerate internationalization, it is not difficult for Chinese enterprises that are already financially powerful already.
