目的建立HPLC法同时测定替硝唑麝香草酚含漱液中替硝唑和麝香草酚含量。方法色谱柱为Nucleodur C18Pyramid(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相以甲醇-水-磷酸(200∶800∶1)为A相,甲醇为B相,按梯度洗脱程序;检测波长:282nm。结果替硝唑线性范围为51.68~258.4μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9999);麝香草酚线性范围为65.48~327.4μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9999)。平均回收率替硝唑为99.1%,RSD为0.21%(n=9);麝香草酚为100.5%,RSD为0.52%(n=9)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为替硝唑麝香草酚含漱液的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of tinidazole and thymol in tinidazole thymol gargle. Methods The column was Nucleodur C18Pyramid (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (200: 800: 1) as phase A and methanol as phase B by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 282 nm. Results The linear range of tinidazole was 51.68 ~ 258.4μg · ml -1 (r = 0.9999). The linear range of thymol was 65.48 ~ 327.4μg · ml -1 (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries of tinidazole were 99.1%, RSD was 0.21% (n = 9), thymol was 100.5% and RSD was 0.52% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as a quality control method for tinidazole thymol gargle.
