中风后康复早期,病人常用健腿代偿患腿,这因中风后患腿肌力减弱所致。为了提高患腿肌力及限制患腿习惯性废用,确定是否需要进行肌力训练相当重要。中风康复中力量训练还没有广泛使用,人们认为它会干扰运动控制的协调和同步,近来这一观念受到异议。但对怎样使中风病人最有效地获得肌力提高的方法了解不多。本文研究目的在于了解中风病人经最大自主等速肌力训练对伸膝力矩,EMG活动及运动功能的影响。
Early recovery after stroke, the patient often leg leggy compensation, leg muscle weakness due to stroke. In order to improve leg muscle strength and to limit leg disuse, it is important to determine if muscle training is required. Strength training has not been widely used in stroke rehabilitation and it is thought that it disrupts the coordination and synchronization of motor control and has recently been dissenting. But little is known about how to get the most effective muscle enhancement for stroke patients. The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of maximum voluntary isokinetic strength training on knee extensor torque, EMG activity and motor function in stroke patients.
