目的 通过Lugol液联合美蓝染色后取活检提高Barrett′s食管肠化的检出率。方法 内镜下检查Barrett上皮患者58例,其中29例Lugol液染色后在不着色区给予美蓝再次染色后活检,29例常规内镜下取活检。结果 双重染色对Barrett上皮合并肠化的检出率为48%,常规内镜下取活检对Barrett上皮合并肠化的检出率为17%。结论 Lugol液结合美蓝染色后取活检能显著提高Barrett食管的检出率。
Objective To improve the detection rate of Barrett’s esophageal metaplasia by biopsy after Lugol solution combined with methylene blue staining. Methods Fifty-eight patients with Barrett’s epithelium were examined by endoscopy. Among them, 29 cases of Lugol stain were biopsied after re-staining with methylene blue in the non-colored area, and routine biopsy was performed in 29 cases. Results The positive rate of double staining for Barrett’s epithelium with intestinal metaplasia was 48%. The detection rate of conventional endoscopic biopsy on Barrett’s epithelium with intestinal metaplasia was 17%. Conclusion The combination of Lugol solution with methylene blue staining and biopsy can significantly improve the detection rate of Barrett’s esophagus.
