1986年8月对本厂50岁以上及50岁以下有心血管系统阳性体征的770名职工进行了心电图检查,分析如下: 770人中,正常心电图453人,异常心电图317人,占41.7％,对部分检查者有二种以上异常,进行了加强双倍二级梯运动试验,阿托品试验及心得安试验。异常心电图的发病率:窦缓10.9％(84/770),ST段及T波改变8.4％(65/770),左室高电压6.6％(51/770),窦性心律不齐4.6％(36/770),低电压及低电压趋势3.2％(25/770),房性早搏2.2％(16/770),左室肥大或伴劳损1.7％(13/770),窦性心动过速1.4％(11/770),室性
