收集《中华医方精选辞典》所载的历代辛温解表方剂,对不同时期的方剂用药规律统计,归纳出主要用药特点,总结出其发展沿革规律,以此为据对辛温解表方剂重新分类,并从气候变迁的角度探究沿革的深层次原因。结果表明:东汉辛温解表方的解表药物以麻黄、桂枝等为主要组成,称之为“麻桂剂”;从魏晋南北朝开始,历经隋唐的发展、宋金的提高,逐步发展出以羌活、防风、荆芥等为主要结构的解表方剂,称之为羌防剂。古代气候变迁是影响其历史沿革的重要原因之一。
