为了满足水沟钒矿倾斜中厚结块性矿体的回采需要,开展了有针对性的采矿方法研究工作。通过类比分析和针对矿体不同的倾角情况,分别采用“分段式浅孔溜矿法”和电耙出矿的“浅孔房柱法”进行开采,并结合现场实际对采场结构参数进行优化,使之在保证安全的前提下,单位采场生产率达到80~150 t/d,矿石回采率达到85%~90%、贫化率为8%~12%,均达到了相关要求,证明两种方案是适合水沟钒矿结块性矿体开采的有效方法。
