腺苷脱氨酶(Adenosine Dedminase,ADA)是腺苷加水分解生成肌甙(inosine)和氨的酶,该酶广布于身体的各组织中。癌性胸膜炎和结核性胸膜炎的鉴别诊断常很困难。作者通过胸水和血清 ADA 活性值的测定,认为各类胸膜炎的胸水 ADA 活性值的排列顺序为结核性>癌性>非炎症性,特别是结核性胸膜炎明显升高。血清中 ADA 活性值的检查也得到同样的结果。作者根据确诊的癌性胸膜炎,结核性胸膜炎等66例的胸水 ADA 活性值测定和血清 ADA 活性的检查,结论如下:
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) is an enzyme that hydrolyzes adenosine to generate inosine and ammonia, which is widely distributed in various tissues of the body. The differential diagnosis of cancerous pleurisy and tuberculous pleurisy is often difficult. Through the determination of pleural effusion and serum ADA activity value, the author thinks that the pleural effusion ADA activity value order of tuberculous> cancerous> non-inflammatory, especially tuberculous pleurisy was significantly increased. The same result was also obtained from the examination of ADA activity in serum. The author based on the diagnosis of pleurisy, tuberculous pleurisy 66 cases of pleural fluid ADA activity values and serum ADA activity examination, the conclusions are as follows:
