采用回顾性自身对照临床试验，观察长期应用复方降压片、钙拮抗剂和转化酶抑制剂三种降压药物对４７例老年高血压患者血压、左心结构和功能的影响。结果显示：三种降压药物均有明显的降压效应，但对左心结构效应反应不同。长期应用复方降压片后左心室肥厚的发生率为７２．３４％；钙拮抗剂心痛定可部分逆转左心室肥厚；而钙拮抗剂加用转化酶抑制剂可明显降低左心室肥厚。
A retrospective self-controlled clinical trial was conducted to observe the effects of long-term use of compound antihypertensive tablets, calcium antagonists and invertase inhibitors on blood pressure, left ventricular structure and function in 47 elderly hypertensive patients. The results showed that: all three antihypertensive drugs have a significant antihypertensive effect, but the left ventricular structure response to different effects. Long-term application of compound antihypertensive tablets after the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy was 72.34%; calcium antagonist nifedipine can partially reverse left ventricular hypertrophy; and calcium antagonist plus invertase inhibitors can significantly reduce left ventricular hypertrophy.
