目的本研究将免疫组化应用于术中病理诊断，以解决一些疑难问题。方法采用ＲＡＭＯＳ（微波结合ＥＰＯＳ酶标一快速免疫组化一步法技术－Ｒａｐｉｄ ｍｉｃｒｏｗａｖｅ ｏｎｅ ｓｔｅｐｍｅｔｈｏｄ－ＲＡＭＯＳ）法进行冰冻切片免疫组化标记结合 ＨＥ观察切片。结果所有病例可见相应抗体着色，且时间短（１５分钟）、背景低、清晰、特异性强。结论ＢＭＯＳ法可应用于术中病理诊断，能解决以往许多难于解决的问题。
Objective This study used immunohistochemistry in intraoperative pathological diagnosis to solve some difficult problems. Methods Frozen sections were stained with immunohistochemistry (RAMOS) and combined with radioimmunoassay (one step method by microwave-EPOS). Results The corresponding antibody staining was observed in all cases, with short time (15 minutes), low background, clear and specific. Conclusion BMOS method can be applied to intraoperative pathological diagnosis, can solve many difficult problems in the past.
