机座号大于132M的电机,端盖止口尺寸比较大,而且很多电机的端盖止口为非整圆。端盖止口与机座止口为部分接触配合。如我厂研制成功的CH-4超高转差率电机,端盖止口直径为φ422mm,止口为非整圆,与机座采用四点接触配合,如图1所示。针对这种结构的端盖,我们设计了一种深度测量卡规,分通规和止规,如图2所示,利用这种卡规进行测量,不需读数,迅速可靠。测量时,将卡规163止口垂直放
