本文介绍了用气相色谱法测定含盐α—羟基异丁酸水溶液及经辐照后其中α—羟基异丁酸的浓度。水溶液经真空脱水后,用重氮甲烷将α—羟基异丁酸转化为较易挥发的甲酯形式,然后进行气相色谱分析。α—羟基异丁酸甲酯可在PEG 20 M/101白色担体柱上得到对称性很好的峰,峰形尖锐,峰高与浓度呈很好的线性关系,可直接用峰高进行定量。在仔细控制的条件下,分析误差约2%;极限检出量约1微克α—羟基异丁酸。
This article describes the determination of alpha-hydroxyisobutyric acid in aqueous solution by gas chromatography and the concentration of α-hydroxyisobutyric acid after irradiation. After the aqueous solution was dehydrated in vacuo, α-hydroxyisobutyric acid was converted to the more volatile methyl ester with diazomethane followed by gas chromatographic analysis. Methyl α-hydroxyisobutyrate (PEG) can be obtained on PEG 20 M / 101 white support column with good symmetry peak, sharp peak shape, peak height and concentration showed a good linear relationship, can be directly used to quantify the peak height. Under carefully controlled conditions, the analytical error was about 2%; the limit of detection was about 1 μg of α-hydroxyisobutyric acid.
