今后公务员基本工资标准原则上每年或每两年调整一次,调整的基本依据是工资调查比较结果,但调整幅度要综合考虑国民经济发展、财政状况和物价变动等因素最终确定。随着社会经济的发展,公务员的工资合理适度上涨,是各国公务员薪酬制度通行的做法。在我国不少地区,公务员工资已经有很长一段时间没有调整,这在世界上也是少有的。许多国家对公务员工资的调整有明确的法律规定,我国公务员薪酬调整的机制现在仍在不断完善。
In the future, the basic wage standard for civil servants will be adjusted on an annual or biennial basis. The basic adjustment is based on the comparative results of wage surveys. However, the adjustment should be finalized taking into consideration factors such as national economic development, financial conditions and price changes. With the development of the society and economy, the reasonable and modest increase of salaries of civil servants is the common practice of civil servants’ remuneration system in various countries. In many parts of our country, civil service pay has not been adjusted for a long time, which is rare in the world. In many countries, there is a clear legal stipulation on the adjustment of civil servants ’salaries. The mechanism for the adjustment of civil servants’ remuneration in our country is still under continuous improvement.
