观察１６只大白兔心脏缺血预处理对肺缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果显示，实验组肺泡内白细胞浸润减少，血氧分压在再灌注６０ｍｉｎ内明显高于对照组、肺含水量低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明兔心缺血预处理能减轻肺缺血再灌注损伤
To observe the effect of 16 ischemic preconditioning on lung ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. The results showed that alveolar infiltration of leukocytes decreased in the experimental group, and the partial pressure of oxygen was significantly higher than that in the control group within 60 min after reperfusion. The lung water content was lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The results suggest that preconditioning of rabbit heart can alleviate lung ischemia-reperfusion injury
