目的:探讨 P16 和 Rb 两种基因所表达的蛋白在食管癌形成中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法对50 例粤东地区食管癌进行检测。结果:在50 例食管鳞癌标本中,10 例表现 P16 蛋白阳性,38 例表现为 Rb 蛋白阳性。在38 例 Rb 蛋白阳性病例中,有31 例 P16 蛋白阴性,另有5 例呈现 P16 蛋白低表达。17 例Ⅰ级食管鳞癌均表达 Rb 蛋白,28 例Ⅱ级食管鳞癌中有19例 Rb 蛋白表达阳性,5 例Ⅲ级食管鳞癌中有2 例表达 Rb 蛋白。结论: P16 蛋白在食管癌中的异常是一经常发生的事件, P16蛋白的表达与 Rb 蛋白的表达之间存在明显的负相关, P16 蛋白的异常在不同地区之间可能存在差异; Rb 蛋白的表达与食管癌的分化程度相关,即分化越好, Rb 蛋白表达率越高。细胞周期调控的 Rb 路径异常,可能参与食管癌的形成。
Objective: To investigate the role of proteins expressed by P16 and Rb genes in the development of esophageal cancer. Methods: 50 cases of esophageal cancer in eastern Guangdong were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Of the 50 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma specimens, 10 were positive for P16 protein and 38 were positive for Rb protein. Of the 38 Rb protein positive cases, 31 were negative for P16 protein, and another 5 showed low expression of P16 protein. 17 cases of grade I esophageal squamous cell carcinoma expressed Rb protein, 19 cases of grade II esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were positive for Rb protein expression, and 5 cases of grade III esophageal squamous cell carcinoma expressed Rb protein. Conclusion: The abnormality of P16 protein in esophageal cancer is a frequent event. There is a significant negative correlation between the expression of P16 protein and the expression of Rb protein. The abnormality of P16 protein may exist in different regions; Rb protein The expression is related to the degree of differentiation of esophageal cancer, that is, the better the differentiation, the higher the expression rate of Rb protein. Aberrant Rb pathways regulated by cell cycle may be involved in the formation of esophageal cancer.
