以计划经济与市场调节的有机结合作为我国经济运行机制的实现方式,已成为全党关于建设有中国特色的社会主义的共识之一。这一共识是经过长期探索,并在认真总结经验的基础上形成的。笔者认为,我党领导下的对经济运行机制实现方式的探索及与其有关的理论探讨,大体可分为计划排斥市场;板块式结合;有机结合论确立等三个阶段。系统地考察这三个阶段的利弊得失,将有助于我们对社会主义有计划商品经济运行机制的认识进一步明晰和深化。
Taking the organic combination of planned economy and market regulation as the way of realizing the economic operation mechanism in our country has become one of the consensus reached by all the party about building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This consensus has been formed on the basis of long-term exploration and careful consideration of experience. The author believes that under the leadership of our party to explore the ways of economic operation mechanism to explore and its related theoretical discussions can be divided into the plan to exclude the market; plate combination; the establishment of organic combination of three stages. A systematic examination of the pros and cons of these three phases will help us to further clarify and deepen our understanding of the socialist commercial mechanism of planned commodity economy.
