厅局情报机构一般设在下属科研所内,拥有较丰富的情报资料源和较强的专业情报力量,是科技进步与生产发展的桥梁。随着科技体制改革的进行,一批科研所要逐步取消事业费;然而,附属在这些科研研的情报站(室)的经费由谁来支持,是靠开发使情报产品进入商品市场,还是靠的其它甚么?目前,这类情报机构的出路问题还不够明确,不少单位正在走一步,看一步,处于探索中。本文探讨的就是这一时期出现的几个问题。 Departmental intelligence agencies are generally set up in subordinate scientific research institutes.
